Vendor Sponsorship

  • The West Coast Committee greatly appreciates the role that vendor participation, support and sponsorship plays in the success of the conference. Outside of the workshop, technical presentations, and plant tour, the vendor sponsorship is pivotal in allowing us to put together a Vendor Night Cocktail Party and Dinner for all the attendees. This has become a traditional event where vendors and producers can mingle, network, or otherwise just catch up within a fun and entertaining forum.
  • As part of a Vendor Night Cocktail Party and Dinner sponsorship, it includes:
  • The company logo being posted on the website;
  • The company logo will be included on poster boards displays at various locations at the conference venue;
  • The company logo will be included on a projected slideshow during the Vendor Night Event;
  • An unmanned tabletop area will be available to all vendors to display small promo items, brochures, etc. This is a small, shared space, and unsuitable for tabletop or standing displays. This area will be located at the rear of the workshop and technical presentations room and separate from the foyer area where networking and discussions can take place.
